The Grace Manor Health Care Facility volunteer Board of Directors plays a pivotal role in the mission and operation of our organization.
Through their selfless involvement, board members show our community that there is a difference among facilities; that there are motives other than economics for care of the underseved elderly. Our board serves as the community's eyes and ears within the facility walls. Members ensure for the family of each resident that care is provided professionally and lovingly, that the facility is managed responsibly, and that it responds to real needs within the community for this facility belongs to the community.
The Nursing Home Board has the following active committees: Nominating, Executive, Quality Assessment & Assurance, Personnel, Compliance, Building & Grounds, Finance, and Ethics.
